After my check the OB announced I was 4 cm and 80% effaced. I was shocked as I was 3 cm and feeling active cramping with my first child.ok i know there is no way of telling, but i like to hear experiences anyway i am 36 1/2 weeks pregnant...however i dont know relaly when i got pregnant so…I'm due in three days, at my check up last week I was 2 cm dilated, 80% effaced, and baby was at -2. We'll see what happens. Hopefully all this cramping and contraction business is doing something, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
